My entrepreneurial journey has been quite diverse, with a major focus on the real estate industry. For more than 13 years, I worked as a Broker in the high-end real estate market in Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain. During this time, I also had the opportunity to collaborate with real estate agencies in Paris, London, Barcelona, and New York City, which gave me valuable international experience and insights.
Currently, I am a Real Estate agent in Philadelphia, where I continue to leverage my expertise and network to help clients find their dream properties. Furthermore, aside from my professional endeavors, I am also an influencer who enjoys sharing the ups and downs of relationships and connecting with people on a deeper level.
Overall, my journey has allowed me to gain extensive knowledge and a global perspective, which I bring to both my real estate business and my role as an influencer.
How do you define success, and how has your daily routine contributed to your achievements?
Defining success is a subjective matter, as it can vary for each individual. For me success may be more focused on personal growth, happiness, and maintaining healthy relationships.
When it comes to how daily routines contribute to my achievements, there are a few key aspects that I consider. Firstly, having a structured routine helps me in setting clear goals and priorities. By identifying what needs to be accomplished each day, I can stay focused and motivated to work towards my aspirations.
Consistency is also a crucial element. By consistently implementing daily routines, I develop habits that support my progress. Moreover, a well-balanced routine that includes self-care activities is essential. Taking care of my physical and my mental well-being, nurturing my relationships, and finding time for relaxation and rejuvenation can enhance my overall productivity and success.
Morning Routine
What time do you usually wake up, and how do you start your day?
In the morning, my routine begins with waking up at 5:50 a.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. on weekends. To start my day on a calm note, I dedicate 10 minutes to meditation, and listening to Sadhguru.
One thing I never skip is breakfast, which I consider the most important meal. My go-to hot beverage is Jacques Torres Hot Chocolate, and alongside it, I indulge in a nutritious breakfast consisting of avocado toast with eggs and always include some fresh fruit. Having a fulfilling breakfast is a priority for me.
During this time, I also make sure to prepare breakfast for my daughter. We enjoy having breakfast together, creating a special bonding moment before she heads off to school. Additionally, I take the responsibility of packing her lunch for the day ahead.
Once my daughter is off to school by 7 a.m., I head out to my Pilates class at Club Pilates. This exercise routine helps me stay active and energized throughout the day, providing physical and mental benefits.
Back home by 8.15 am, I take a relaxing shower to freshen up. Following that, I diligently follow my morning skincare routine:

Certainly! On weekdays, I prioritize my physical well-being by attending Club Pilates classes. This not only boosts my energy levels but also sets a positive tone for the day ahead. However, on weekends, I have a wonderful tradition with my daughter. Together, we engage in activities like running, biking, or simply taking our beloved dog Millie for leisurely walks in picturesque surroundings. Incorporating physical exercise into my daily routine is crucial to me as it not only keeps me fit but also uplifts my mood and prepares me for a fulfilling day.

How do you plan and organize your tasks for the day? Do you use any specific tools or apps for task management?
When it comes to planning and organizing my tasks for the day, I have found that using the Time box planner and my icalendar works wonders for me. The Time box planner allows me to allocate specific time slots to different tasks, ensuring that I stay focused and efficient throughout the day. Additionally, I rely on my icalendar to keep track of appointments, meetings, and deadlines, setting alerts, helping me prioritize and manage my time effectively. These tools have been instrumental in enhancing my productivity and ensuring that I stay on top of my tasks.
Could you share your approach to prioritizing tasks and making to-do lists?
When it comes to prioritizing tasks and making to-do lists, here's what works for me.
First, I take a moment to think about which tasks are the most urgent and important. I focus on the ones that can't wait and have a big impact. Then, I jot down all the tasks using my "notes" on my iPhone. Writing things down helps me remember and visualize what needs to be done.
To stay organized, I like to break down bigger tasks into smaller, more manageable steps. It makes them less overwhelming and easier to tackle. I also make sure to assign deadlines or due dates to each task to keep myself accountable and on track.
As I go through my day, I cross off tasks from my list as I complete them. It gives me a sense of accomplishment and motivates me to keep going. If I don't finish everything on the list, I simply carry it over to the next day and reprioritize as needed.
Overall, the key for me is finding a system that works and sticking to it. Whether it's using a traditional pen and paper or a digital app, what matters most is finding a method that helps me stay organized and focused on getting things done.

I work from my comfortable home office, decorated with pictures of memorable travel experiences, my Mac laptop is my main tool. The key elements for my productivity include ergonomic furniture, a reliable internet connection, and a physical planner for jotting down ideas and reminders. This setup creates a positive and inspiring workspace that enhances my focus, creativity, and efficiency.
Are there any specific tools, gadgets, or software you use to optimize your work environment?
To optimize my work environment, I rely on a few handy tools. For social media posting, I use a scheduler that automates the process. Capcut is my go-to for editing reels, while Canva Pro helps me design eye-catching graphics, and Business Suite helps me manage my social media presence. And for expense tracking, I rely on the Walnut App. These tools make my work more efficient and allow me to stay on top of things.
Time Management
How do you manage your time throughout the day? Are there any techniques you follow, such as time blocking or the Pomodoro technique?
When it comes to managing my time and staying productive, I have found a few techniques that work well for me. One technique I follow is time blocking, which involves allocating specific blocks of time for different tasks or activities. This helps me stay focused and ensures that I dedicate enough time to each task on my to-do list.
In addition to that, I also rely on the Notion app. Notion is a powerful productivity tool that allows me to create and organize my tasks, projects, and notes all in one place. It helps me stay organized and provides a clear overview of my priorities and deadlines.
Do you delegate tasks or outsource certain activities to focus on high-value tasks?
To focus on high-value tasks, I sometimes delegate tasks and outsource activities. During the summer, I have interns who handle content, appointments, and follow-ups. This helps me free up time for more strategic work. However, outside of the summer, I mostly handle tasks myself. If needed, I'm open to outsourcing for specialized tasks.

I handle emails and communication during the workday by allocating dedicated time slots for them. I spend approximately 1.5 hours in the morning, afternoon, and evening to address messages and stay responsive. This allows me to maintain focus on other tasks while still being prompt in my responses.

Health and Well-being
What role does physical exercise play in your daily routine? How do you incorporate it into your busy schedule?
Physical exercise is an essential part of my daily routine. I dedicate 1 hour per day on weekdays for exercise and 10 minutes for meditation. On weekends, I typically spend between 1 and 2 hours on exercise. This helps me maintain a healthy lifestyle and manage my busy schedule effectively.
How do you ensure you're maintaining a healthy diet and staying hydrated during the day?
To maintain a healthy diet, I prefer cooking at home instead of eating out. I follow a pescatarian diet and enjoy homemade meals. Staying hydrated is important to me, so I make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day. I try to have early dinners around 6 pm and avoid eating anything after 8 pm. Although I love desserts, I indulge in moderation. Overall, I prioritize home-cooked meals, hydration, and mindful eating.
Are there any supplements or medicines you include in your daily routine to support your overall well-being? If so, could you share some details about them?
These are my daily supplements, and in addition, I incorporate monthly IV therapy into my routine for overall well-being.

Absolutely! I'm a big fan of various books, podcasts, and resources that have had a positive impact on my personal growth. Currently, I'm diving into books like "Mother-Daughter Murder Night" by Nina Simon and "Yellow Face" by R.F. Kuang.
When it comes to podcasts, there are a few that I absolutely love and listen to religiously. These include "Impact Theory" with Tim Bilyeu, "The Lab Happiness" hosted by Dr. Laurie Santos, and "The School of Greatness" with Lewis Howes. These resources always provide me with valuable insights and inspiration.

To keep my creativity flowing and approach strategic thinking in my routine, I make sure to do things that inspire me, like writing a journal, I love creating reels for my social media.

Learning from workshops, conferences, and discussions with colleagues is another way I sharpen my strategic thinking skills. By finding this balance between creativity and planning, I keep my routine fresh and my ideas flowing.

When facing creative blocks or decision-making challenges, I take breaks to clear my mind. I approach the problem from different angles and seek input from others. Breaking the problem into smaller parts helps me find solutions. I embrace mistakes as learning opportunities. These practices help me overcome challenges and make better decisions.
Evening Routine
How do you wind down and wrap up your workday?
After finishing work and picking up my daughter from school and her activities, we usually get back home around 9pm. I aim to go to bed around 10pm.
As part of my wind-down routine, I prioritize taking care of my skin at night as well.

Here's some advice, surrounding yourself with supportive people. Find mentors, advisors, and fellow entrepreneurs who can offer guidance and motivation. They can provide fresh perspectives and maybe even collaborate with you.
Don't let failure discourage you. Instead, see it as a feedback, a chance to learn and grow. Stay persistent, even when things get tough. Building a business takes time and effort.
