Can you provide a brief overview of your entrepreneurial journey and the business you're currently involved in?

After an experience of 16+ years in Corporate Strategy Consulting and 5+ years in the field of Life Coaching, Counseling, and Psychology, I have touched nearly 10,000 individuals and trained, coached, and counseled them in their journey. As a Lifelong Learner, I am constantly and consistently educating myself. How do you define success, and how has your daily routine contributed to your achievements?

SUCCESS for me is a combination of personal Mastery, emotional Mastery and when you grow together as a community and country, when people around you are successful as well. My daily routine gives me a freedom to perform and play at my 100 % all the time, it let me be a high performer so that I don't compromise on the quality of my life while being successful.

Morning Routine

What time do you usually wake up, and how do you start your day?

5 am to 5:30 am. As I am doing intermittent fasting I drink warm water before going for a 40 min walk.

Do you follow any specific morning rituals or exercises to set a positive tone for the day?

Yes. I write my Clarity Journal, Morning Manifestation (369 Manifestation) after my walk and Gym. While writing my journal , Manifestation and Grateful list I sip a green kahwa tea and eat my daily dose of 8 Almonds , any one fruit and my daily biotin supplement.

Planning and Prioritization

How do you plan and organize your tasks for the day? Do you use any specific tools or apps for task management?

I follow an App (My Task List) for all my personal and professional work every day and while I keep finishing my task I keep ✔️ check it out, also I use (Impact App and Google fit) to keep track of my daily 10k step and donate them to charity through the impact App and my heart point calculator.

Could you share your approach to prioritizing tasks and making to-do lists?

I work on all 5 areas: health, mind, heart, spirituality, and wealth. I make sure that I do things in each area every single day and if there is a way of clubbing two activities I always do that ( eg: Walk + donating on impact app + listening to audiobooks on Audible) which means ( health + spirituality + Mind) all taken care of in just one hour power hour.

Workspace and Environment

Can you describe your workspace setup? What elements are crucial for your productivity?

I work from either my home office or Office, I use a mahogany table (soothing colors) and some plants on my desk to keep it lively and fresh.

Are there any specific tools, gadgets, or software you use to optimize your work environment?

I use scheduler to optimize my social media posting, it's totally automated and AI chatgpt to write captions, I use Canva Pro for designing, and I use Walnut App for expense tracking.

Time Management

How do you manage your time throughout the day? Are there any techniques you follow, such as time blocking or the Pomodoro technique?

I use My Task list App with time stamp to guide me for the imp task throughout the day.

Do you delegate tasks or outsource certain activities to focus on high-value tasks?

Yes, my Digital Marketing Team (handles social media and creative posters) and my Interns (handle content, appointments, follows ups and calling).

Communication and Networking

How do you handle emails and communication during the workday?

Some of it is outsourced to the team but I have given a specific time frame to email it 11 am to 1 pm.

Are there any particular tools or platforms you use to stay connected with your team and professional network?

Google Meet, Anydesk, Stream, and Zoom.

Health and Well-being

What role does physical exercise play in your daily routine? How do you incorporate it into your busy schedule?

I spend 3 hours on physical well-being every day ( walk+ yoga+ strength training/swimming, meditation/ dance).

How do you ensure you're maintaining a healthy diet and staying hydrated during the day?

I eat a home-cooked balanced diet and follow a strict timeline for food I don't eat anything between 7 pm to 10 am ( 15 hours intermittent fasting). I drink 12 glasses of water.

Are there any supplements or medicines you include in your daily routine to support your overall well-being? If so, could you share some details about them?

Do you dedicate time to continuous learning or self-improvement? If so, how do you go about it?

Audible for Audiobooks, seminars, books, and course material from other coaches. I am always doing a course.

Yes YSR sir for NLP, Ankit Neerav App for time management, and Success Gyan for Millionaire Mindset.

Creative and Strategic Thinking

How do you nurture your creativity and approach strategic thinking in your routine?

I write a clarity journal morning and night to keep track of my inner environment on a daily basis.

Are there any practices you follow to overcome creative blocks or decision-making challenges?

Yes, I love to travel solo every 6 to 8 months and it gives a boost to new ideas. Meeting like-minded people at events seminars and gatherings, spending quality time with family and friends, Mandala Art and Cooking.

Evening Routine

How do you wind down and wrap up your workday?

I sleep by 10 pm 😴, I do my manifestation and reading before sleep, I also do my beauty routine ( cleansing (plum) + toning ( lakme absolute) and moisturizer ( peach milk from nabhi sutra).

Are there any habits or practices you follow to ensure a restful night's sleep?

Soft reiki music and temp of 21 degrees celsius.

What's one piece of advice you'd give to someone striving for success in the entrepreneurial world?

Don't do multitasking while doing creative work do microfocus also while interacting with clients or loved ones avoid multitasking. DO MICROTASKING.

Is there a specific routine or practice you wish you had started earlier in your career?

Yes 5 am club.

How often do you reflect on your daily routine and make adjustments? What prompts you to make changes?

I check my energy levels and take a break to cover up on sleep or body aches at times.
